Harry Brokensha is a composer, producer and orchestrator based in London, UK. He graduated from Oxford University with a BA in Music and an MA in film composition from the National Film and Television School.
He has just finished scoring SOUTHERN GOTHIC, a feature-length true crime documentary that will premiere at Atlanta Film Festival 2020, and is currently working on a new fiction feature film KINDLING. Recently, he wrote music for O BLACK HOLE!, an animated opera from Sundance 2019 winner Renee Zhan, which is shortlisted for the 2020 BAFTA Student Film Awards along with documentary ISLE OF US. He also scored the documentary EUROTRUMP for Viceland and Dutch national broadcast, which screened at DOC NYC, Sheffield Doc/Fest and CPH:DOX.
His concert works have been performed live at the Royal Albert Hall, Birmingham Symphony Hall and the O2 Arena. He has also co-produced songs with several pop artists and producers, including Josh Grimmett of Goodboys, Glowe, and Now Ex. He is a member of the jazz collective Pangolin who have just released a new album 'Hiraeth'.
